Join Walnut Beach Resort Chef, Justin Paakkunainen and Fairview Cellars winemaker Bill Eggert for a fabulous five course dinner paired with the delectable wines of Fairview Cellars from Oliver, BC. This intimate exploration of BC food and wine will give you the opportunity to learn more about food and wine pairings as well as the winemaking secrets of this award winning boutique winery.
